  • Export call reports automatically to Salesforce.
  • The portatour® Salesforce Connector is installed within our SaaS server infrastructure in our data center and connects to the portatour® SaaS server via the API.
  • The portatour® Connector App is installed within Salesforce. This primarily supports the authorization process (OAuth) for the connector.
