Solvares Group GmbH headquartered in Germany is the new corporate umbrella for the three companies impactit GmbH (portatour®), Fast Lean Smart (FLS) GmbH and Städtler Logistik GmbH & Co. KG.
The joint product portfolio serves to optimize the entire business value chain – from field sales (portatour®) to trucking logistics (Städtler) all the way through real-time service fleet control (FLS). The focus at all times will be on intelligent resource optimization through best-of-breed solutions.
All three companies will remain independent but gain in strength by exploiting synergies in R&D, sales and marketing.
